You can register at the door the day of the event if space permits! There is a door fee.

A challenge each year for SWDFT is to get an accurate estimate of attendees which needs to be guaranteed and paid for in advance. Since this is a free conference, some people may register and not attend "no show" since they did not have to pay for the event and therefore no loss of  investment to the individual, only to the conference. We do understand that emergencies happen and last minute changes are required. However, we will now track "no shows" and the next year will delay those individuals to register (grey listed) for the tutorial and conference until 1 week prior to the next event. It is typical that the tutorial will fill up and sometimes even the main day. Therefore, the "no shows" have a risk of not being able to attend the next year.
